Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports along with comprehensive workpaper packages.
- Analyze corporate expenses and overhead allocations.
- Conduct account variance analyses and reconciliations.
- Prepare necessary journal entries.
- Review invoices for accurate coding and facilitate payment processing.
- Reconcile inter-company transactions and issue invoices as required.
- Compile monthly draw packages for lender submissions.
- Support due diligence efforts for Corporate Capital Transactions.
- Prepare monthly invoices for tenants and customers.
- Assist with various accounting projects as needed.
- Travel for site visits, client meetings, training sessions, or conferences as necessary.
- Complete monthly tax filings for Sales and Use Tax and Exempt Fuel purchases.
- Undertake special projects as assigned.
