Responsibilities:
- Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports along with supporting documentation
- Analyze corporate expenses and overhead allocations
- Conduct account variance analyses and reconciliations
- Prepare journal entries
- Verify invoices for accurate coding and facilitate payment processing
- Reconcile inter-company transactions and issue invoices as needed
- Compile monthly draw packages for lender submissions
- Assist with due diligence for Corporate Capital Transactions
- Create monthly invoices for tenants and customers
- Support various accounting projects as required
- Travel for site visits, client meetings, training, or conferences as necessary
- Prepare monthly tax filings for Sales and Use Tax and Exempt Fuel purchases
- Undertake special projects as assigned
