Job Overview


As a Technical Solutions Architect within the Support Organization, you will collaborate in a team setting to deliver both functional and technical insights to our clients.

Engaging with Oracle Cerner technologies, you will prioritize and strategize issue resolutions independently as well as in a dynamic team environment.

Career Level: IC2

Key Responsibilities


Your troubleshooting expertise will be essential in conducting investigations of front-end applications by collecting data, utilizing diagnostic tools, observing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.

Our Technical Solutions Architects are also tasked with developing and sustaining documentation and knowledge transfer materials throughout the investigation lifecycle.

Your primary objective is to resolve incidents and maintain applications to provide valuable outcomes for both Oracle and our clients.

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to comprehend business requirements and outline specifications.
  • Design, develop, test, and implement solutions adhering to industry standards.
  • Troubleshoot and rectify complex issues.
  • Document solution specifications and processes for future reference and knowledge transfer.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Engage in system validation and integration testing activities.
  • Effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences regarding design, functionality, and troubleshooting efforts.
  • Willingness to participate in on-call rotation as necessary.
Required Qualifications


A Bachelor's degree in IT, Healthcare, or a related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Cerner Millennium and related components.
  • At least 3 years of software implementation experience.
  • A minimum of 3 years in healthcare information technology.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Fluency in English.
