We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technical Lead to oversee the implementation of Microsoft D365 F&O solutions for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of the project, ensuring that it meets the requirements and is delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the project team
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to ensure alignment with business goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and facilitate communication
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications
  • Guide best practices for solution design and contribute to decision-making processes
  • Assist in the deployment planning process and provide support for user adoption
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to address post-deployment issues and optimize functional performance
  • Manage and resolve issues, defects, and change requests
Requirements
  • 12+ years' experience in managing software implementation projects
  • 10+ years' experience in design, development, customization, implementation, integration, and administration of MS Dynamics 365 F&O solutions
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience in large teams
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Preferred Skills
  • Low-code/no-code development mindset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with iterative and test-driven development practice
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong understanding of Agile practices, including Scrum
