Job Description - Overview

Hobby Lobby Stores is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to retail stores by responding to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Locate, dispatch, and provide directions to contractors associated with building maintenance, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Follow up with contractors regarding schedules and conditions of work/services performed, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Complete work orders accurately and efficiently, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisor, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Job Description - Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) version 2007 or later, with a strong proficiency in software applications.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with team members at various levels of management.
  • Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Construction or maintenance experience, or equivalent experience in a related field, is highly desirable.
