Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Branch Representative

This role is dynamic and hands-on, requiring daily interaction with customers to ensure they receive exceptional service each time they visit a Locke Supply branch.

As a Customer Service Branch Representative, you will focus on delivering products to our clients while also providing guidance on new offerings and identifying cost-effective solutions. This position offers the chance to gain insights into various trades and a foundational understanding of Locke Supply's product range.

In addition to customer service, you will handle various operational tasks, including invoicing, order preparation, freight unloading and check-in, as well as product delivery.

Qualifications for the Customer Service Branch Representative:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required;
  • Exceptional customer service abilities;
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal;
  • A commitment to building and maintaining customer relationships;
  • A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record;
  • Ability to pass a D.O.T Physical and Drug Test;
  • Must successfully complete a post-offer physical job duty assessment.

Working conditions for this role will involve a mix of retail environments, practical training sessions, meetings, workshops, and presentations. Some travel may be necessary, including visits to customer sites.
