  • Pastry and Baking Expertise: Possess a solid understanding of pastry and baking tools and equipment, as well as excellent pastry and cake decorating skills.
  • Kitchen Maintenance and Organization: Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our staff and customers.
  • Inventory Management: Order and manage food inventory, including fresh produce, dairy products, and other essential ingredients.
  • Menu Development: Assist in the design and layout of new menu proposals and products, ensuring they align with our brand's culinary vision.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum five years of experience as a Pastry Chef, with a deep knowledge of classic and modern pastry and baking art.
  • Skills and Abilities: Strong knowledge of cooking methods, kitchen equipment, and best practices, as well as the ability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines.
  • Education and Certifications: A degree in culinary arts or a related field, with relevant certifications and training in pastry and baking.
