ROLE OVERVIEW AND CONTRIBUTIONS

We seek a meticulous and adaptable team player to elevate the customer experience on Hallmark's eCommerce platform and app. As a key member of Hallmark's Digital team, the Digital Content Specialist will oversee the publication and coordination of various content elements, landing pages, and promotional activities. This role also involves content proofreading, analytics, and web strategy/operations support as needed. In this position, you will:
  • Develop, modify, and schedule diverse content elements for the Hallmark Cards Now App based on strategic guidelines.
  • Organize and upload assets within our content management system (images, text, links, PDFs, videos).
  • Edit existing content and create new HTML-based content assets and pages.
  • Design and troubleshoot onsite and in-app promotions, coordinating with the internal QA team.
  • Review scheduled content, link destinations, offers, and A/B tests across various devices for production approval and final validation once live.
  • Collaborate with content, merchandising, development, and analytics teams to identify functional and experiential optimization opportunities, then update project workflows.
  • Create internal tracking codes for onsite and in-app content.
  • Manage dashboards and report on data insights for site content, including homepage features and key landing pages.
  • Ensure legal and SEO compliance for content uploads.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) for web.
  • Familiarity with project workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce's Page Designer Extended (PDX).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Business Manager for content and promotions.
  • Experience executing A/B tests for onsite content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • This position is hybrid, requiring in-person collaboration for team meetings.
