E-commerce Marketplace Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and oversee Amazon product listings, including images, descriptions, Enhanced Brand Content (EBC), and videos.
  • Enhance the Brand Page experience and related elements.
  • Monitor and maintain the Amazon account, ensuring compliance and driving sales growth.
  • Manage advertising campaigns on Amazon, focusing on keyword optimization, bid management, competitor analysis, and Advertising Cost of Sales (ACoS).
  • Identify and launch new product opportunities on the Amazon platform.
  • Implement inventory replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock levels for top-selling items.
  • Make merchandising and product decisions to drive sales and profitability through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Effectively collaborate with external service providers to enhance sales performance and support business objectives.
  • Analyze daily product performance on Seller Central and make necessary adjustments to optimize listings.
  • Report on advertising return on investment (ROI), year-over-year revenue, and profit metrics for Amazon.
  • Evaluate and optimize discount and promotion performance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of strategic business plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Assess, prioritize, and implement Amazon initiatives to drive growth.
  • Stay informed on Amazon seller trends, requirements, and best practices in the industry.
  • Utilize analytics to define merchandising segments and campaigns, enhancing sales performance.

Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience with Amazon.
  • At least 2 years of proven success in growing sales for eCommerce businesses.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Amazon and eCommerce principles.
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • Experience with Oracle NetSuite or other major ERP inventory systems is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of item and inventory management is essential.
  • Familiarity with the U.S. retail and wholesale landscape, including interactions with sellers and distributors, is advantageous.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated active listening abilities and a consultative, solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proven analytical skills for driving data-informed strategies.
Professional Skills: Expert-level experience with eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon. Highly motivated, team-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical capabilities. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. Comfortable working with complex data to derive actionable insights and strategic recommendations.

Core Competencies: Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and influence at senior levels. Excellent analytical abilities with experience in interpreting results and drawing conclusions. Demonstrated business judgment and decision-making skills, with the capacity to identify and prioritize high-impact initiatives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, is required.
