Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to join our second shift team at Metro Supply Chain Holdings USA Inc.

The ideal candidate will possess experience working within E-commerce and fulfillment with multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring that orders are filled accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Supervise and train warehouse staff, ensuring their tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Coordinate with Manager and Supervisors to manage shipping and receiving, inventory management, order fulfillment, and returns processing.
  • Monitor warehouse equipment and supplies, ordering new items as needed.
  • Ensure the warehouse is clean, organized, and safe, with safety protocols followed.
  • Train warehouse staff, including new hires, on company policies and procedures.
  • Utilize and understand the company's Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Order Management System (OMS).
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a warehouse or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in a warehouse setting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Previous experience with OMS and WMS, preferably Synapse.
  • Ability to stand on your feet, sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds.
