ROLE OVERVIEW AND CONTRIBUTIONS

We seek a meticulous and adaptable team member to enhance the customer experience on Hallmark's eCommerce platform and app. As part of Hallmark's Digital team, the Digital Content Specialist will oversee the publication and coordination of diverse content elements, landing pages, and promotional activities. This role will also involve content proofreading, analytics, and web strategy/operations support as needed. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about eCommerce marketing trends, dedicated to continuous improvement, and values teamwork. In this position, you will:
  • Develop, modify, and schedule various content components for the Hallmark Cards Now App based on strategic objectives.
  • Organize and upload assets within our content management system (images, text, links, PDFs, videos).
  • Edit existing content and create new HTML-based assets and pages.
  • Design and troubleshoot on-site and in-app promotions, collaborating with the internal QA team.
  • Review scheduled content, link destinations, offers, and A/B tests across device types for production approval and final validation.
  • Collaborate with content, merchandising, development, and analytics teams to identify optimization opportunities and update project workflows.
  • Create internal tracking codes for on-site and in-app content.
  • Manage dashboards and report on data insights for site content, including homepage features and key landing pages.
  • Ensure legal and SEO compliance for content uploads.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of relevant professional experience.
  • 3+ years of experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) for web.
  • Familiarity with project workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Smartsheet.
  • Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS.
  • Experience with Salesforce's Page Designer Extended (PDX).
  • Familiarity with Salesforce Business Manager for content and promotions.
  • Experience executing A/B tests for on-site content.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Analytics.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
