Position Overview:
Our client, a leading publicly traded global organization, is seeking an External Reporting Accountant. Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the preparation of quarterly external financial reports, including 10-Q/K and 8-K submissions.
2. Engage in various projects and financial analyses as required.
3. Conduct assessments related to pension, lease, and revenue recognition accounting.
4. Assist in the monthly closing and consolidation processes as necessary.
5. Identify, propose, and implement enhancements to processes within your areas of responsibility.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in a public accounting firm or a combination of public accounting and private sector experience, including audit or related financial roles.

- Experience with SEC regulations is essential.
- CPA certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
