Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Train, guide, and inspire service personnel to achieve and surpass service program objectives by adhering to company policies and utilizing the organization's operational systems.
  2. Set individual performance targets for each service team member. Instruct and support all employees to help them reach their performance goals efficiently.
  3. Organize and plan work schedules to maximize productivity while ensuring high-quality service delivery. Collaborate effectively with the District Manager, technicians, and administrative staff.
  4. Ensure that every technician is proficient in the correct application of all materials and understands the safety, health, and environmental regulations mandated by the company and relevant governmental bodies.
  5. Participate in and complete all scheduled training sessions. Achieve necessary certifications and/or licenses.
  6. Maintain a customer-centric attitude, recognizing that the client is the most vital aspect of our business.
  7. Engage in customer visits to promote and support sales efforts while evaluating our service effectiveness. Provide constructive solutions to customer inquiries and ensure key clients receive regular attention.
  8. Oversee maintenance tasks for company vehicles and ensure an adequate supply of materials and equipment.
  9. Communicate efficiently with the District Manager, technicians, sales inspectors, office staff, and both regional and corporate personnel.
  10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  11. Meet all qualifications outlined in the job descriptions for both General Pest and Termite Service Technicians.
  12. Be prepared for a work schedule that may exceed 40 hours per week, including potential Saturday shifts.

Qualifications for this role include:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Acceptable driving record and background verification
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Capability to access physically challenging areas of significant height, with or without accommodation
