Operations Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and inspire a high-performing operations and sales team to achieve and exceed financial and operational goals.
  • Demonstrate exceptional leadership by recruiting, training, and managing team members effectively.
  • Prioritize customer service excellence and embody the principle of "leading by example" in all interactions.
  • Oversee scheduling of subcontractors, inventory management, and fleet operations, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Operations Supervisor with hands-on experience in team management and industry knowledge.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Proven track record in building and managing teams while meeting challenging operational and sales objectives.
  • Experience in safety management, including OSHA regulations, fire prevention, and safety training documentation.
  • Strong background in inventory and fleet management.
  • Understanding of financials, including general ledger and profit & loss statements.
  • Proficient in PC applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; CRM experience is highly desirable.
  • Ability to cultivate long-term business relationships and navigate complex issues effectively.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record.
