Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Trainee to join our team at DXP Enterprises. As a Sales Trainee, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and revenue for our industrial customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete a comprehensive training program covering application engineering, marketing, operations, customer service, and sales.
- Develop and identify new sales/service opportunities within assigned sales territory.
- Build and sustain customer relationships.
- Interact with internal company resources to achieve goals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- MS computer knowledge.
- Ability to work productively with minimal supervision.
Working Conditions: Office and car travel.
Travel: Travel within the Huntsville & Decatur territory.
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
Education: Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering preferred.
