Clinical Supervisor - RN Opportunity in Outpatient Setting

The Providence Clinical Network seeks a seasoned Clinical Supervisor RN to lead our clinical staff in the outpatient setting. As an integral member of our team, you will oversee performance, provide guidance and mentorship, and implement best practices.

This role is crucial to our clinic leadership team, ensuring high standards of patient care and education. You will actively contribute to fostering a culture of patient-focused care within our organization.

About the Role

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.
  • Promote a culture of patient-focused care through effective leadership and communication.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement process changes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing complex patients or completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.
  • National Provider BLS certification upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting.
  • Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation.
  • Experience providing patient education.
