About the Role

The Clinical Nursing and Quality Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality patient care in our ambulatory settings. As a leader, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, developing and implementing clinical best practices, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent education/experience
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program
  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment
  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
  • 3 years experience providing patient education
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and opportunities for career growth and professional development.
