About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Ambulatory Care Leadership RN to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care in our outpatient settings. This includes developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, coaching and mentoring staff, and collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless patient flow.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- Provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff to improve their skills and knowledge
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective patient flow and reduce wait times
- Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to decision-making processes
- Analyze data and identify trends to inform quality improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent experience
- 3 years' experience in ambulatory care leadership, including experience managing complex patients and providing clinical education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
Salary Range
$85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience
