Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate a positive work environment that fosters collaboration, open communication, and continuous learning among clinical staff.

  • Develop and implement effective training programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse healthcare professionals.

  • Mentor and coach staff to enhance their clinical skills, confidence, and job satisfaction.

  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives by identifying areas for enhancement and developing targeted solutions.

  • Ensure seamless integration of new technologies, processes, and best practices into daily operations.

Requirements

">
  • Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or equivalent educ/experience.

  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.

  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program.

  • Experience providing clinical education to clinical support staff within an outpatient/ambulatory care/medical group environment, including medical assistant, nurses and related clinical positions.
