Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinic RN to join our team at Glisan Street Clinic-Portland in Gresham, OR 97030. As a Clinic RN, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in an ambulatory care environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess, identify, plan, implement, and evaluate all aspects of care and teaching needs via direct and telephonic/telehealth or electronic encounters.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that address the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of patients.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families to promote healthy behaviors and improve health outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing school.
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing Or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.
  • Must be licensed in states wherever care is delivered.
  • 18 months professional nursing experience.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this role is $76,949.28 based on a base pay range of $37.93 - $60.04 per hour and assuming a full-time schedule with no additional compensation.
