Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor RN to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical staff performance, coaching, mentoring, developing, and implementing clinical best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversight of clinical staff performance, including coaching, mentoring, and development
  • Implementation of clinical best practices and quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to achieve clinical and operational goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree - Nursing or equivalent educ/experience
  • An Associate Nursing degree with a minimum of 3 years recent RN experience
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years - RN experience managing complex patients, or successful completion of RN Ambulatory Residency program

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in an ambulatory setting
  • 3 years - Demonstrated experience with providing progressive leadership, clinical staff education, competency development and evaluation, staff training and performance evaluation
