About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nurse Manager to join our team at Providence Medical Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the clinical support staff and workflows within our ambulatory care clinic.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the care provided by clinical support staff and initiate efforts to improve quality and skill levels.
  • Lead clinical staff to ensure patient care services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain compliance with established clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
  • Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
  • 3 years of direct patient care experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • 1 year in a supervisory position, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
  • Clinical experience in triage principles of patient assessment.
  • Experience in delegation of nursing responsibilities to licensed and unlicensed personnel, preferably within the ambulatory setting.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this role is $71,450 - $110,930, depending on experience. Additionally, you may be eligible for shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
