Palliative Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Palliative Care Registered Nurse to join our growing team at Baptist Health. Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to patients and their families in a compassionate and empathetic manner.
Job OverviewIn this role, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to provide holistic care to patients with serious illnesses. You will assess patient needs, develop individualized care plans, and coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure seamless care transitions.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide education and support to patients and their families
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure effective care coordination
- RN licensure in the state of practice
- Minimum 1 year of experience in palliative care or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Baptist Health offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- $93,500 - $114,000 per year (based on experience)
- Mercer & Gibbons Medicare billing / Extra Life Plus provider training certification funding
