Medical Professional for Senior Care

We are seeking a highly skilled Nurse Practitioner to provide evidence-based medical care to seniors and individuals with complex needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient medical needs, treating chronic and urgent illnesses, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients while enhancing your medical skills. As a Senior Medical Care Specialist, you will have the chance to work in various settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living, independent living, group homes, and private homes.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate patient medical needs and develop personalized care plans
- Treat chronic and urgent illnesses, minor injuries, and other medical conditions
- Order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic testing as needed
- Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare professionals to maintain comprehensive care plans
- Provide referrals to other healthcare practitioners when necessary
- Active state Nurse Practitioners license
- Current Nurse Practitioner National Board Certification
- Active state DEA licensure
- Master's degree in Nursing (MSN)
- Five or more years of nursing experience; at least two years of nurse practitioner experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills – verbal and written
- Excellent time management skills with accountability for practitioner's daily workflow
- Proficiency in medical instruments and equipment
- Competitive salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
