Job Description

This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of patients suffering from end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney disease. As a Renal Care Specialist, you will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide safe, comfortable, and hygienic dialysis treatment.

You will have the opportunity to build long-term relationships with your patients, educate them on kidney dialysis-related topics, and work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, including vital signs and laboratory results
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of dialysis equipment
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • No prior dialysis experience required
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and transfer patients as needed
