Medical Care Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Care Specialist to provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home. This role is responsible for providing services within the scope of practice as defined by state laws governing the practice of nursing, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide quality patient care and perform technical skilled care in the patient's home
- To complete progress notes for each visit and submit them to the agency daily
- To continually observe and report the patient's nursing needs
- To instruct the patient's family in the care of the patient and maintenance of a healthy environment for the patient
The successful candidate will have current LPN licensure in the state of Kentucky, a valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation. They will also require CPR certification.
Salary Information:We offer a competitive salary ranging from $65,000 - $85,000 per year based on experience and qualifications.
