About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Primary Care Physician to join our team at CenterWell Senior Primary Care Centers in Lexington, Kentucky. As a Geriatric Care Specialist or Family/ Internal Medicine Physician, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients.

Job Summary

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking to take a hands-on approach to addressing patient needs while also understanding how social determinants of health are impacting health outcomes. Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality primary care services to patients in our Lexington, Kentucky office, as well as our additional location in Frankfort.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans for patients with chronic and acute-care conditions.
  • Promote healthy lifestyles and disease prevention among our patients through education and outreach programs.
