Join Our Team as a Mortgage Documentation Expert
We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Final Documents Specialist. This role requires a deep understanding of mortgage documentation and the ability to perform complex tasks accurately and efficiently. In this position, you will receive a competitive salary of $65,000 per year and access to our comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
- As a specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and inspecting all trailing loan documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- You will also need to monitor and track outstanding documents in our database system.
- A thorough audit of documents received will be performed to capture required data elements and comments in our LOS system.
- The specialist must maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency in managing the working pipeline of loans.
- Reports will be regularly monitored to identify issues with outstanding documents.
- Effective communication skills are necessary to address any discrepancies or concerns.
Requirements:
- A High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
- One year of residential mortgage experience is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Ellie Mae Encompass 360 is essential.
- Mortgage Loan documents and Title work experience would be beneficial.
- Exceptional analytical skills are necessary.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is expected.
