Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled Program Director to join our Equitable Resilience & Revitalization (ERR) team. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to local governments and nonprofits on fiscal health and financial management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on public sector fiscal health, financial management, and performance.
  • Contribute to the ERR team's pipeline of work, identifying impactful models and partnerships.
  • Lead and manage technical assistance projects, ensuring alignment with Enterprise's mission and partners' needs.
  • Develop written and visual content, methods, and products.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, and partner organizations.

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in economics, finance, or a related field. A graduate degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of experience in public finance, economic development, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with federal funding sources and corresponding requirements.
  • Experience analyzing government financial documents and data.

Estimated Salary Range: $90,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package, including annual performance bonuses, paid leave programs, and generous benefits.
