Job Summary:

As a Sales Account Manager at Estes Express, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to maintain and expand sales within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to build relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions and track sales performance
  • Provide regular sales reports and analysis to management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in transportation or logistics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Physical Demands:

The physical demands of this role include regular sitting, talking, and hearing. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. The employee must be capable of lifting a minimum of 20 lbs.
