We're seeking experienced sales professionals to drive repeat consignment business for The RealReal. As a Luxury Account Specialist, you'll acquire consigned items from existing clients within a designated territory, leveraging strong client relationships to gain referrals and new business.
Key Responsibilities- Connect with established clients to re-engage and drive consignment activity
- Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team
- Leverage client relationships to gain referrals for new business
- Outreach daily to existing clients to provide an outstanding client experience
- Review contracts with clients and set pricing expectations through deep knowledge of luxury goods
- Minimum 1 year of proven success in a quota-carrying, direct sales environment
- Ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust and credibility with clients
- Proficiency in using software such as G-Suite, Email, SalesForce, CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours (40 hours per week)
- Self-motivation and drive to achieve results
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organization skills
- Base pay PLUS uncapped commission
- $1,000/month commission (at target) - top performers earning over $2,000+/month commission
- Annual Elite Club Trip for top performers
