Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Valuation Manager for Luxury Goods to join our team at The RealReal. As a key member of our Luxury Consignment Office, you will play a critical role in facilitating day-to-day valuation appointments and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate valuation appointments and provide pre-consignment pricing services to consignors and sales team members.
  • Work closely with the Store Manager to understand customer needs and stay current with in-store operations.
  • Support supply drives through valuations, remote pricing, and educating consignors, customers, and peers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and handle all other requests as necessary to support the Luxury Consignment Office and Retail Store.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
  • 2-5 years of experience working in the luxury space in a customer-facing role.
  • Knowledge of luxury handbags in the primary or secondary market.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
