About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Avi & Co. in Aspen, Colorado. As a Luxury Watch Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales etiquette to all potential and current clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve pre-set sales goals and objectives by providing outstanding service and product knowledge to clients.
  • Independently attend to client needs, driving and closing sales.
  • Educate clients on product knowledge and create excitement about luxury watches.
  • Partner with other Sales Professionals to close sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay up-to-date with the watch market.
  • Develop a network and clientele using company resources.
  • Provide excellent customer service for returning clients and follow up in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of relevant luxury retail sales experience in jewelry and watches.
  • Proficient in CRM Platforms, such as Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of customer service, client prioritization, and optimization of client engagement.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with clients and team members.
  • Excellent communication, verbal, interpersonal, and written skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team and contribute to overall business demands.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
