- Welcome clients and visitors with a friendly demeanor.
- Manage incoming calls and correspondence efficiently.
- Organize and schedule appointments and events.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and files.
- Assist in the preparation and coordination of meetings and events.
- Oversee the maintenance of office supplies, equipment, and overall office appearance.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, based on experience. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in an office assistant role or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant administrative experience.
- Background checks may be conducted.
- Must be in a drug-free environment.
