Part Time Direct Support Specialist

Crossroads Counseling and Training Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part Time Direct Support Specialist to join our team. As a Direct Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with disabilities to live in the community with dignity and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in their daily lives
- Facilitate and teach daily living routines to maximize skills, abilities, and independence
- Develop and maintain relationships with service recipients, their families, and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a safe and supportive environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities or in a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
