- Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national vendors to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and products.
- Business Metrics and Performance: Analyze business metrics and trends to drive performance, maximize profit, and inform strategic decisions.
- 3+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience
- 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment
- Ability to manage a diverse work environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
