  • Operational Excellence: Drive operational efficiency, ensuring seamless execution of culinary and service standards across all venues.
  • Vendor Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local and national vendors to ensure access to high-quality ingredients and products.
  • Business Metrics and Performance: Analyze business metrics and trends to drive performance, maximize profit, and inform strategic decisions.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of prior restaurant, hotel, or entertainment management experience
  • 2+ recent years as an Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant, hotel, or entertainment environment
  • Ability to manage a diverse work environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
