Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring complete customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure customer delight by providing responsive, proactive, and value-driven services.
- Communicate effectively with customers on-site, discussing priorities and informing them of scheduled maintenance tasks and progress reports.
- Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Attend Homeowner's Association Meetings as necessary and schedule job site walk-through inspections with customers.
- Ensure crew members adhere to OSHA safety regulations and maintain equipment in good operating order.
- Perform regular employee performance appraisals and manage personnel matters, including disciplinary actions, promotions, and terminations.
- Approve and ensure accurate submission of hours sheets, job billing sheets, and other field reports.
- Assist in preparing estimates, collecting production data, and negotiating contracts.
- Comply with all established company policies and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle proprietary information.
