Job OverviewAt Hotels at Home, we're seeking a highly skilled and innovative Creative Director to lead our visual asset creation projects. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for bringing our brand's vision to life through effective and innovative digital solutions. Your expertise will drive the development of high-quality visual assets that showcase our brand's unique personality and style.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to create and manage visual assets, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all channels.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive initiatives, determine image and creative needs, and ensure alignment.
  • Develop and implement brand visual standards, ensuring a cohesive and engaging brand experience.
  • Manage and drive multiple concurrent digital and design projects, adhering to calendar deadlines.
  • Oversee the maintenance and application of multiple brand and design standards through a global perspective.
Requirements
  • Strong communication, presentation, and workflow management skills.
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of leadership experience in a consumer brand environment.
  • A full understanding of the creative, photographic, and digital processes as they relate to photo shoot and image production.
  • Ability to think conceptually and design aesthetically, translating creative direction into visual references.
  • Expert knowledge of typography and graphic design principles.
  • Experience being part of a team for photo/video shoots.
