About the Role

We're seeking a data-driven Director of Performance Marketing to implement successful omni-channel growth strategies. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for managing a multi-million dollar performance marketing spend, optimizing media mix, and collaborating with our retention marketing team to drive loyalty amongst new recruits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a multi-million dollar performance marketing spend, driving profitable growth across all channels
  • Optimize media mix, leveraging a test & learn approach to stay at the forefront of acquisition opportunities
  • Partner with our retention marketing team to drive loyalty amongst new recruits, meeting strict repeat rate targets
  • Collaborate with trading channels to deliver excellent customer journeys, focused on driving conversion
  • Guide product development teams on acquisition goals, producing insightful analysis to support future buying decisions
  • Continuously monitor LTVs, fine-tuning customer acquisition strategies as categories & assortment grow within the brand
  • Own strategy for Performance Creative, partnering with brand & creative teams to produce tailored creative collateral
  • Partner with marketing on campaign briefs, driving integrated results and collaborating closely with site, creative, product, marketing, and data analytics teams
Requirements
  • 8+ years experience in performance marketing, with 3+ years managing others
  • Experience managing an annual performance marketing budget
  • Proven track record of setting and hitting key growth targets (e.g., CPA, CAC, ROAS, LTV, etc.)
  • Advanced understanding of all digital marketing channels
  • Advanced knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and passion for working quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong collaboration cross-functionally, especially with brand marketing and creative teams
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop long-term plans and execute them effectively
