Conair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced VP of Marketing Operations to lead our marketing operations and PMO function on a global scale. As a key member of our Digital leadership team, you will be responsible for establishing a brand-new Marketing Operations capability for Conair.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage eCommerce creative / content and marketing assets production at scale
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with global audiences
- Develop and maintain a marketing operations strategy that supports the company's growth and revenue goals
- Drive the efficiency and effectiveness of Integrated Marketing Planning (IMP) workstreams
- Lead the development and enhancement of marketing capabilities across the organization
- Oversee the enablement and utilization of MarTech / Marketing Automation platforms across the enterprise
- Lead the Project Management Office (PMO) with a focus on eCommerce and key digital strategic initiatives
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and interpretation of marketing data to make informed decisions and recommendations
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred
- Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on integrated marketing capabilities, digital production management, as well as MarTech / marketing automation implementation and utilization / adoption
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, eCommerce, New Product Development/Commercialization, and project management methodologies
- Ability to synthesize the needs of multiple key stakeholders
- Ability to build partnerships and establish trust & credibility across all levels
