Job Summary

This role is responsible for maintaining in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions to customers. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in managing and utilizing CRM tools, sales pipeline tools, and prospect databases to support sales goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Develop and maintain a real-time process for managing and monitoring sales pipelines and prospect-related activities
  • Manage contact lists and coordinate outreach efforts to high-engagement leads
  • Schedule and conduct initial sales calls, utilizing CRM systems to manage call notes and action items
  • Build strong relationships with prospects, guiding them toward a call with business leaders
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Experience with HubSpot CRM is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter who takes on responsibility and initiative
  • Some travel may be required
  • Experienced in Microsoft Office 365
