At CHA Consulting, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Planning Specialist to join our Power & Manufacturing - Electric Distribution Team in Boston, MA or Norwell, MA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and analyzing complex systems for the organization, as well as clients, working primarily independently but coordinating with senior Distribution Planners to ensure project goals are consistent and understood.

This key role provides senior-level analysis and support while ensuring all system issues are identified, appropriately documented, and resolved within the appropriate timeframes.

The Distribution Planning Specialist will provide QA/QC review of project teams' work, including design work and field work, and must understand and be able to implement a project from beginning to end with guidance and input working closely with more senior Distribution Planners.

Requirements include an Associate's Degree, a minimum of 8 years of experience, proficiency with Microsoft Word & Excel, and proficiency with computer systems such as GIS and Work Management Systems.

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $86,000, based on a variety of factors including qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
