We are seeking a highly skilled Program Specialist to join our team in Norwell, MA. As a key member of our safety-focused team, you will be responsible for providing critical information to clients, generating reports, and implementing initial contract set-ups.

As a Program Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implementing new contracts, including setting up contract pricing, creating customer and ship-to Gen sites in Beacon, and ensuring invoicing requirements are met.
  • Conducting calls with clients to ensure understanding of contract specifics and process impacts for specific locations.
  • Running reports required by customers, making changes and updates, and providing final documents within the required timeframe.
  • Locating missing or late shipping documents and ensuring input into the system.
  • Answering incoming calls to address onsite protocol, delays, and other issues for assigned clients.
  • Conducting client operations conference calls as needed by contract.
  • Providing internal resource support for assigned accounts and covering internal personnel as necessary.
  • Developing and maintaining schedule dates for service and distributing to the field.
  • Following up on missed service dates and supporting special projects as needed.

Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is required, and 1-3 years of experience is preferred. Alternative combinations of education and experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as knowledge of waste management and Microsoft Office applications.
