  • Supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing Pharmacy Technician Support Staff
  • Managing, overseeing, and operating all aspects within the pharmacy
  • Ensuring patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management
  • Leading with heart, motivating, inspiring, and developing Pharmacy Support Staff
  • Identifying critical business opportunities and contributing to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in the pharmacy
