ERP Systems Integration Manager

The ERP Systems Integration Manager is responsible for overseeing all integrations between the ERP system and proprietary legacy business applications.
They will work closely with the business and VP of ERP Integrations to plan, develop, and implement integration system solutions.
The Manager will set priorities based on business and executive priorities, ensuring all activities are complete and within project timelines.
They will collaborate with the ERP team, on-prem platform owners, and business stakeholders to identify, plan, and develop integration system solutions.
The Manager will also manage on-site resources and captive resources in India to develop and manage scalable high-performing teams across the US and India.
They will execute IT projects with business alignment based on established priorities.
The Manager will define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
They will develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, such as release notes.
The Manager will plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
They will develop and deliver requirements documentation and presentations in conjunction with Business analysts.
The Manager will effectively communicate project expectations to direct manager, team members, and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
They will manage data integration and support between multiple systems to support Oracle Cloud with a proprietary backend .net system.
The Manager will coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
They will monitor key organization requirements, such as the daily execution and distribution of information.
The Manager will direct corrective actions resulting from overall system operation and performance.
They will identify and resolve issues, escalations, and conflicts within the project team.
The Manager will identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
They will facilitate systems integration testing and user acceptance testing between quality assurance, ERP team, and users.
