Essential Responsibilities:
  • Providing Exceptional Guest Service: Our Guest Services Representatives are the first point of contact for our guests, and we expect them to provide a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Cash Handling and Accuracy: Our team members must be able to handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintaining a Clean and Safe Environment: Our Guest Services Representatives are responsible for ensuring that the dining room and restroom are clean and in working order.
  • Handling Customer Complaints: Our team members must be able to handle customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Multitasking and Organization: Our Guest Services Representatives must be able to multitask, stay organized, and prioritize tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Punctuality and Work Ethic: We expect our team members to be punctual, have a strong work ethic, and be committed to excellence.
  • Openness to Coaching and Mentoring: We're a learning culture, and we expect our team members to be open to coaching and mentoring to help them grow and develop in their role.
  • Physical Demands: Our Guest Services Representatives must be able to stand, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and grasp for extended periods of time. They must also be able to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 30 pounds and tolerate temperature changes in the kitchen and refrigerated areas.
