About the Role

Ampro ADLINK Technology, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled District Sales Manager to join our team in the Southwest region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our OEM/ODM customers in the region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management, preferably in the computer and electronic manufacturing industry.
  • Proven track record of selling computer hardware solutions and building OEM/ODM customers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to visit customers, prospects, or events.
