Job Summary
This role is essential for addressing customer needs both in-person and via phone. Utilize your communication skills to clarify warranty options, coordinate time commitments between technicians and customers, manage checkout processes, and promote our range of products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Merchandising, advertising, and promoting products and services
- Responding energetically to every customer interaction, whether in-store or over the phone
- Demonstrating a strong desire to excel in a retail setting
- Exhibiting motivation as a sales professional
- Assisting with merchandise shipments, tire changes, store displays, and other duties as required to meet customer relationship goals
Preferred Qualifications
Possession of a 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
At least 2 years of experience in consumer retail sales is necessary.
Ability to effectively communicate with customers regarding sales and complaints to ensure retention and loyalty.
Strong problem-solving skills related to customer issues.
A valid automobile driver's license is required at all times, with the ability to operate both customer and company vehicles.
Completion and maintenance of all current and required BSRO store education courses and modules for this position is mandatory.
