Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Specialist to join our team at Groundworks Industries. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for ensuring all product is packaged and identified in compliance with State regulations and for ensuring all aspects of orders are fulfilled in an efficient, accurate, and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead processes in accordance with compliant practices.
  • Support buildout of manifests and route assignments.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing Distribution orders.
  • Maintain and organize vault in conjunction with inventory needs.
  • Support wholesale team needs, communicating with key stakeholders on circulars, orders, and samples.
  • Support distribution drivers with double checks and load-outs.
  • Package and label product in accordance with compliance.
  • Create miscellaneous reports and process documentation.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and counts as needed to support efficiency.
  • Ensure product is tracked compliantly and accurately in all areas of work.
  • Open the facility and communicate designated tasks to team members.
Requirements
  • Strong organizational, planning, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage a large volume of detail-oriented tasks across multiple locations and teams.
  • Ability to give and receive constructive feedback.
  • Motivation toward process improvement with an ability to be creative in streamlining process and flow of systems.
  • Familiarity with METRC, ERP systems, and Microsoft software.
  • Must be and remain compliant with all legal and company regulations required for working in the cannabis space.
  • Hold, or be willing to obtain, a valid Marijuana's Handlers Permit and Food Handler's Card.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, sit and kneel daily in warehouse and production environments that include concrete or other hard-surface floors and, in some instances, staircases.
  • Ability to push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds multiple times daily.
  • Ability to maintain focus and memory in environments with distractions such as heavy foot traffic, background noise due to public conversations and the gathering of people, etc.
