Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s objectives
  • Establish and track recruitment targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Build and promote the employer brand and employee value proposition
  • Design and implement social media recruitment initiatives to draw in high-caliber candidates
  • Leverage platforms such as LinkedIn for candidate sourcing
  • Identify and engage potential candidates through online databases, social media, job boards, and networking
  • Conduct interviews, assessments, and extend job offers
  • Monitor candidate progress and maintain real-time updates in the hiring pipeline
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for candidates when necessary
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to select the most suitable candidates

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and methodologies
  • Expertise in sourcing candidates through diverse methods and platforms
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in MS Office
  • SHRM certification is advantageous
